Many years ago, we had this dream of having an event for our Mom community that would gather hundreds of moms together to learn, gain inspiration, and connect with one another. At first, it felt like a daunting task and huge undertaking. We weren’t sure how everything would come together and wondered if moms were even going to show up. After many months of hard work and late nights, we launched our first ever Moms Meet WOW Summit in Philadelphia in 2013. The response we received was incredible. We knew we had something special on our hands. Fast forward to five years later—we’re still going strong as we head into our fifth WOW Summit, near Chicago on October 13-14.

What I love the most about this event is the women we get to meet along the way. Since we move around the country each year to awesome places like Orlando, San Diego, and Washington D.C., it allows us to meet with the most incredible moms. All of which come to us from different backgrounds and cultures, on their own unique parenting journey. I’ve seen lifelong friendships created. I’ve witness women moved to tears by our inspirational speakers. And I’ve experienced the power of human connection that we don’t get as much in our digitally-dominant society.
