2015 has been an amazing year for me personally–with the arrival of our third child, a beautiful and healthy baby girl. Although adjusting to having three kids has been a lot of work and exhausting at times, I feel blessed as I look back at the past year.

As for Moms Meet, it has sure been one heck of a busy year—have you seen all the products our Mom Ambassadors have tried and reviewed this past year? Amazing, right? But the real highlight of 2015 for me was the WOW Summit  in San Diego—a whole bunch of incredible women getting together to get inspired and learn. It was truly a memorable experience.

Now that 2015 is over, we’re looking forward to what lies ahead for us in the New Year. On that note, I’d like to share some exciting news and our New Year’s resolution for you, our members!

Our main goal for this year is to make your experience as a Mom Ambassador and Moms Meet member even better. We want you to know that we are committed to making our community the best it can be and we’ve taken suggestions, comments, and letters from all our members to heart. So here are some changes you can expect to see this year:

1. A brand-new Moms Meet website– woohoo!

We’re working on an enhanced, mobile-friendly website with added features we know you’ll love – like a member dashboard to make your sampling experience easier, new forums where you can talk to other moms, and more!

2. Improved rewards program

We are actively working on making significant improvements on our rewards program this year. While we can’t reveal all the details, we assure you the improvements will be great!

3. Improved customer service

We also plan to continue to improve our customer service in 2016. So far, we have streamlined the process for receiving and responding to emails and are happy to report that all inquiries now have a 48-hour average response time! We appreciate the patience of our members and promise to keep making improvements.
