Learn More about Dang Foods

Dang Coconut Chips were launched in 2012 after the founder, Vincent, was given a recipe from his mother for Miang Kum, a Northern Thai lettuce wrap that requires toasted coconut. Vincent made the dish, tasted the toasted coconut, and then immediately called his family in Thailand to find more because it tasted so good. With that, a new company was born. Vincent decided to name it Dang after his mother since it was her recipe that started it all. Today, Dang Foods is a family-operated, B-Corp company that has challenged the traditional snack industry by creating the Coconut Chip and Onion Chip categories. Using minimal ingredients, Dang’s products are gluten-free, Non-GMO Project Verified, cholesterol-free, and high in fiber. Ranging from sweet and tangy to savory and spicy, Dang Foods’ innovative flavor profiles appeal to the everyday snack lover as well as the discerning palates of today’s food-savvy, health conscious consumers.
