Full-time Marketing Assistant Job Opportunity

(Full-time, Marlton, NJ)

May Media Group is seeking a full-time  Marketing Assistant to support our growing online health and wellness community for moms at momsmeet.com. The ideal candidate is hard working, eager to learn, takes initiative and has excellent multi-tasking and time management skills. This person will be working in-person, at the Marlton, NJ office.

Marketing related tasks include:

  • Assist with managing our online community at momsmeet.com, such as moderating comments, responding to customer service emails, etc.
  • Assist with managing our rewards program, including handling redemptions, suggesting rewards items, assembling prizes and shipping
  • Create reports using Excel and Google Sheets, and create PowerPoint presentations
  • Collect and organize user generated content (photos, social media posts, etc) and distribute as needed
  • Assist with digital marketing campaigns, banner ads, Eblasts and e-newsletters
  • Assist with coordination, planning and promotion of special events such as the annual Moms Meet WOW Summit
  • Participate and contribute to special marketing initiatives and projects as needed
  • Some office-related administrative tasks

Required skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with using Dropbox, Slack, WordPress, and Asana a plus but not required.
  • Tech savvy, or comfortable with learning new technology
  • Well organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask
