As parents, we have such a massive influence over how our kids eat, how they feel about their bodies, and so much more. How do we instill in them a healthy relationship with food and their bodies from a young age?
To answer this question, we went to one of the originators of intuitive eating, nutrition therapist Elyse Resch. She is nationally known for her work in helping patients break free from diet culture through the Intuitive Eating process and has written many books on the subject. In this transformative episode, Elyse explains the principles of intuitive eating and shares important lessons for parents everywhere.
