This protein and fiber-packed green smoothie is delicious for breakfast or a snack. The recipe is cow milk-free, making it a great option for children with cow milk intolerance. Plus, it’s gluten-free and full of essential nutrients like calcium, vitamin A, and vitamin C.

SERVES: 2, 1 cup servings

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup frozen mango
  • 2 pouches Kabrita Goat Milk Yogurt and Fruit – Mango Peach
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ½ cup coconut milk

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Optional: add ice to thicken.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
