Berry Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are a great way to enjoy Sola Greek yogurts, simply add a few fresh ingredients and blend into a smooth creamy smoothie and top with your favorite low carb toppings.


  • 2 Sola™ Vanilla Greek yogurts
  • ½ cup (60 g) Frozen raspberries
  • ¼ cup (35 g) Frozen blueberries
  • 5 large strawberries (hulled and halved)

Topping Ideas

  • Fresh berries
  • Coconut
  • Sliced almonds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Hemp hearts
  • Sunflower seeds


  1. Place the berries into a food processor and blend until smooth, scoop into a mixing bowl and whisk in the Sola Vanilla Greek yogurts. If you don’t have a food processor, an electric hand blender also works well.
  2. Spoon into 2 serving bowls and top with your favorite toppings, serve immediately.
Chef Tip: Try adding a handful of fresh spinach to the food processor as an extra way to get your veggies, you won’t be able to taste the spinach once blended in.
