Smoothie bowls are a great way to enjoy Sola Greek yogurts, simply add a few fresh ingredients and blend into a smooth creamy smoothie and top with your favorite low carb toppings.
- 2 Sola™ Vanilla Greek yogurts
- ½ cup (60 g) Frozen raspberries
- ¼ cup (35 g) Frozen blueberries
- 5 large strawberries (hulled and halved)
- Fresh berries
- Sliced almonds
- Pumpkin seeds
- Chia seeds
- Hemp hearts
- Sunflower seeds
- Place the berries into a food processor and blend until smooth, scoop into a mixing bowl and whisk in the Sola Vanilla Greek yogurts. If you don’t have a food processor, an electric hand blender also works well.
- Spoon into 2 serving bowls and top with your favorite toppings, serve immediately.
