Ingredients

  • Onion Thyme Harvest Snaps
  • 2 pork chops
  • Cayenne
  • Garlic powder

Directions

  1. Dredge 2 center cut thick pork chops in crushed Onion Thyme Harvest Snaps with a little cayenne and garlic powder.
  2. Place on a prepared baking sheet and bake in a pre-heated oven on 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  3. Remove and serve.
