Classic Hummus

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 15-ounce can of chickpeas
  • 4 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup of liquid from chickpea can
  • 2 Tablespoons Mighty Sesame Tahini
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in blender.
  2. Get it to desired consistency by adding water to thin out or more Tahini to thicken.
