Coconut Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 14-ounce can full-fat organic coconut milk
  • 2 capsules of Bio-Kult Original
  • 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • Peaches, oranges, goji berries, papaya as toppings.

Directions

  1. Pour milk into your sterilized glass jar, add Bio-Kult Original capsules and mix with a wooden spoon.
  2. Cover the jar with a cheese cloth and let the bacteria grow and activate for 24 to 48 hours in a warm space.
  3. Check the flavor and texture and refrigerate until cold.
  4. Add pure maple syrup to yogurt and divide the mix.
  5. Sprinkle turmeric to one part, serve in layers.
  6. Place candied oranges, peaches, papaya and goji berries on top of yogurt.
