Spicy Collagen Margarita

It sounds like a strange combination, but this Spicy Collagen Margarita hits all the right notes. If you’re going to enjoy a drink, why not get all the benefits of collagen protein, too? Don’t worry — collagen is flavorless, so it won’t overwhelm the flavors of your marg. Add more or less jalapeño to taste, depending on how spicy you want it.   • 3 oz. tequila
  • 2 oz. lime juice
  • 1 oz. soda water
  • 10 grams Collagen Protein
  • 1/2 jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • Pink Himalayan salt to taste
  • Lime wedges


  1. Salt the rim of two glasses. Pour a thin layer of pink Himalayan salt onto a plate. Rim each glass with a lime wedge, then dip them in the salt.
  2. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until combined.
  3. Strain into two glasses. Garnish with lime wedges and additional jalapeño slices, if desired. Enjoy immediately.
