Easy Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped tomatoes
  • ¾ cup diced onion
  • 1 mango – peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 2 TBSP chopped cilantro
  • 2 TBSP lime juice
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Stir ingredients together and serve with your favorite flavor of Beanfields Bean and Rice Chips.

Servings: 3 to 4
