Edible Ice Cream Bowls

  • 1 roll of pie crust
  • Turkey Hill All Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Optional: chocolate syrup and sprinkles


  1. Preheat oven to 375° F

  2. Unroll pie crust

  3. Cut pie crust into circles. We recommend using a glass cup (see video)

  4. Spray bottom of cupcake pan

  5. Wrap dough circles around bottom of muffin tin (see video)

  6. Poke top with tines of fork to reduce bubbling (see video)

  7. Bake for 11 minutes at 375° F

  8. Fill with scoops of ice cream

  9. Feel free to add toppings like chocolate syrup or sprinkles
