  • Avocado
  • Cucumber (thin sliced sticks)

Ingredients for Sweet & Spicy Roll

  • gimMe Nori Sheets
  • Brown Rice
  • Black Sesame Seeds
  • Mango (thin sliced)
  • Cucumber (thin sliced sticks)
  • Carrot (thin sliced sticks)

Ingredients for Garden Veggie Roll

  • gimMe Nori Sheets
  • Brown Rice
  • Zucchini (thin sliced sticks)
  • Carrot (thin sliced sticks)
  • Kale (ribbons)
  • VEGGIE ROLL INGREDIENT NOTES: Use a little or as much as you’d like!! Have fun with it.

Ingredients for Cashew Herb Dip

  • ½ cup cashews soak in water overnight
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Directions

  1. CLASSIC ROLL DIRECTIONS: Lay out the Nori Sheet over a sushi rolling mat, spread on a thin layer of brown rice and press flat. Lay cucumber and avocado slice near the middle, and roll.
  2. SWEET & SPICY ROLL INGREDIENTS: Lay out the Nori Sheet over a sushi rolling mat, spread on a thin layer of brown rice and press flat. Lay mango, carrot & cucumber near the middle, and roll.
  3. GARDEN VEGGIE ROLL DIRECTIONS: Lay out the Nori Sheet over a sushi rolling mat, spread on a thin layer of brown rice and press flat. Lay kale, zucchini and carrot near the middle, and roll. Serve with cashew herb dip.
  4. CASHEW HERB DIP DIRECTIONS: Drain and rinse soaked cashews, add into a high speed blender with all remaining ingredients and blend!
