  • 1 small orange (or 1/2 cup orange juice)
  • 1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk (almond, coconut, oat, or regular)
  • 3 tsp Barlean’s Hooty Fruity Tangerine Omega Pals Omega-3 + Eye Nutrition
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender.
  2. Makes 2 yummy smoothies. Enjoy!
