Hummus Veggie Bites

Appetizers, Dairy-Free, Snacks, Vegan | February 26, 2019


  • 8 cucumber slices, ¼ inch thick each
  • 8 1½ inch round crackers, any brand
  • Lantana Sriracha Carrot, Beet, Black Bean and White Bean Hummus (any variety of flavors will work)
  • A variety of colorful toppings (examples: corn, shredded beets, roasted red peppers, sliced bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, peas, broccoli, julienned radishes, edamame and carrot slices)


  1. Spread each cucumber slice and cracker with 1 T hummus
  2. Top with a colorful topping… get creative!
  3. Place on a festive platter and serve
Makes 16 individual bite-sized servings
