Fresh and juicy, we’re pretty sure this is what summer snacking was made for! Here’s the recipe from @beetsbybrooke
Ingredients
- 1 diced ripe mango
- 1/2 diced red pepper
- 1/2 diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- lime juice of 1/2 a lime
- Optional: salt to taste
Directions
- Mix em up & serve or let it sit for a bit so the flavors can blend.
