Fresh and juicy, we’re pretty sure this is what summer snacking was made for! Here’s the recipe from @beetsbybrooke


  • 1 diced ripe mango⁠
  • 1/2 diced red pepper⁠
  • 1/2 diced red onion⁠
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro⁠
  • lime juice of 1/2 a lime⁠
  • Optional: salt to taste⁠


  1. Mix em up & serve or let it sit for a bit so the flavors can blend.
