- 1/2 cup peanut butter powder
- 1/2 cup drained garbanzo beans
- 1/2 cup dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor, until smooth.
- Scoop up 1 teaspoon of dough and roll into a ball. Continue with remaining dough.
- Serve as a topping for ARCTIC ZERO Peanut Butter Swirl.
