Nut Butter and Berry Sandwiches with Chia

  • ½ cup halved raspberries
  • 4 slices of bread
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ¼ cup nut butter of choice


  1. In a bowl, combine the blueberries, raspberries, and chia seeds. Using the back of a spoon or a potato masher, mash the berries until they are juicy and well combined.
  2. Lay out the bread slices on a clean, flat surface. Divide the berry mixture between 2 of the slices and spread to cover the entire surface. Spread half of the nut butter onto each of the remaining 2 bread slices.
  3. Cut each sandwich into quarters and enjoy!
