Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3 cups Neutral Organic 2% Milk 
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • Your favorite berries (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients together and stir, making sure to dissolve the cinnamon. 
  2. Cover and let sit overnight in mason jars in the refrigerator before serving.
  3. Eat within 7 days.
