Savory Grains with Kale & Parm

Mix up your morning grains and try this savory version with kale & Parmesan cheese.



  1. Heat vegetable or chicken stock in a pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Add in hot cereal and stir until thick & creamy
  3. Mix in kale or spinach until wilted
  4. Stir in parmesan cheese


  • Adjust the thickness by adding more or less stock
  • For a fun twist, stir in sauteed mushrooms and bell peppers
  • For a gluten free version, try with the Soulfull Project Hearty Grains & Seeds or Irish Steel Cut Oats hot cereal
