UNCUT Beef Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb UNCUT burger meat
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • corn tortillas
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 purple onion
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 cup salsa verde

Directions

  1. Place the plant meat in a medium non-stick pan, and cook on medium heat until meat begins to brown.
  2. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, and the water to aid with even distribution. Mix in evenly with a spatula. Continue to cook until water disappears
  3. Dice the tomatoes, avocado, and purple onion.
  4. Steam the corn tortillas
  5. Assemble tacos by layering plant meat, tomatoes, avocado, purple onion, cilantro and a drizzle of salsa verde.
  6. Enjoy!

Makes about 10 tacos
