- 2 soft flour tortillas or spinach wraps
- 4 Tbsp hummus
- 1 cup raw spinach
- 1 can (5oz) Wild Planet Organic Roasted Chicken Breast, drained and shredded into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 4 Tbsp crumbled Feta cheese
- Spread half of the hummus on each of the two tortillas or wraps. Top the hummus with the spinach, chicken, bell pepper, cucumber and feta, using half the ingredients on each wrap.
- Roll both wraps tightly and cut in half, if desired.
