Quinoa Pancakes

Ingredients

  • One 0.5 oz packet of WutsupBaby Original Quinoa Cereal
  • ⅔ cup unbleached all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup almond milk or milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp. brown sugar
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder

Directions

  1. Sift the dry ingredients together.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix liquid ingredients together.
  3. Slowly combine the liquid ingredients into the dry, mix well.
  4. Allow batter to sit for 5 mins.
  5. For best results, cook batter at medium/low heat.
