Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour

based on 20 reviews

Gluten-free baking can be a bit tricky. Between mixing different types of flours and trying to create custom recipes, it is not exactly an easy process—until now. Thanks to Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour, it is easier than ever to transform traditional recipes to gluten-free. All you have to do is follow your favorite baking recipe and simply replace each cup of wheat flour with a cup of Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour, a perfectly formulated blend of stone-ground whole grain sorghum flour, rice flours, gluten free starches and just the right amount of xanthan gum. The result is a terrific taste and texture that just happens to be completely gluten-free—no additional specialty ingredients or custom recipes required.

I gave samples before the party date, so they could try the flour and bring in samples of what they baked to the group. Everyone enjoyed trying out the different recipes made with the Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour. No one could tell the difference other than it tasted really good!

We had cupcakes made using the gluten free flour cupcake recipe we grabbed online. The kids decorated them. We also have a pizza crust we made with the flour that turned out really good. Lastly, just a sample of the peanut butter cookies that were made. So many more treats that we used the flour for. I worked really well for gravy and pie crust, too.

The chocolate chip muffins were a hit at the gathering! I used allergen free chocolate chips, soy milk (one of our guests had a dairy allergy and I didn’t want anybody left out) and bob’s gluten free flour! For the first time, everybody was able to enjoy the muffins!

At my event, I made the blueberry muffins and the chocolate chip cookies on the Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 Baking Flour container for my moms to sample. Everyone loved how beautiful both looked. The taste, hands down, was the blueberry muffins.

My Mother’s of Preschoolers had a movie and snack night for a moms’ night out. I made chocolate chip cookies and pumpkin oat muffins to bring to the party. I brought along my flour sample bags, coupons, and information sheet. We discussed the needs of families who are seeking gluten free options. Some ladies were familiar with the brand that our local Kroger sells it. Everyone liked the flavor of the treats I made with the flour. I passed out several bags of flour. I gave more out to those who could not make the party. Several ladies have said they have purchased the product since our get together.

I had a sampling party. I also brought baked goods to my MOMS group and had several of the gals fill out surveys. They loved the product. ;)
