OMG! I received this huge box yesterday & it was a surprise. I looked at the label & knew it was from Mom’s Meet. I was #SuperExcited. My oldest son liked almost begged me to make some of the Chocolate Chip Gluten Free cookies & let me tell you they are #incredible. This was the 1st time I’ve EVER made something from Bob’s Red Mill & I will be sure to upload more pics of what I bake next. I was skeptical at first when I made the muffins, wondering how the muffins would turn out to be if there was no gluten involved in it. To my utmost surprise and to the awe of my guests, they turned out very moist and delectable! By mistake I left a batch of muffins on the countertop overnight and I was amazed to see that they remained moist exactly as if they were fresh out of the oven. Other gluten muffins would have become bone dry in our Arizona weather. And how can I forget the fact that it was super simple to make the muffins! My kids had lots of fun helping me preparing the muffin batter! Loved the whole experience. Thanks Bob’s Red Mill!

I had the most pleasant experience hosting this Bob’s Red Mill Mom’s meeting with my group. Lately, a lot more of the mom’s are wanting to learn about the benefits of a gluten free diet for themselves and their children (even the ones who don’t have an allergy) and this was the perfect way to introduce them to some of the products. Each mom that hadn’t tried the products before remarked greatly about the taste, that was something that was brought up again and again – ‘well my children won’t eat it if it tastes funny or bad’ – after baking some of the muffins and adding a few mix-ins – the mom’s were THRILLED with the taste and even more so THE CHILDREN didn’t even notice that it was a sort of special gluten free product, they thought they were just being rewarded with muffins! This is such a big deal if you are a mom of a picky eater like myself and so many others. This will definitely become a staple of mine and my other mom’s households. Thank you for the opportunity, thank you for the great product, and thank you for providing healthy snacks and foods for our children :)!

We were so pleasantly surprised at the delicious taste of the muffin mixes. I made 4 different types for our group to try: banana, pumpkin, chocolate chip, and blueberry. You could not tell that these were gluten free. They were SO moist! They were so easy to make, bonus; and nutritious!!
