What’s the best diet for an individual person. With a picky appetite.
Well I’ve been put on a strict diet because of inflammation. I suggest fruits, vegetables, seared or baked chicken, fish. No dairy , decafe coffee, green tea, no sugar, basically organic foods or just eat healthier.
Plenty of water, fresh veggies, cut back on sugar and carbs. And moderate exercise.
All advice given already is good… not much more to say
