I love it. I have gone to several classes and completed ANB as well as Kalabhati Breathing. It has done wonders. I sleep much better and I will say I have so much better clarity. One you feel comfortable it is amazing.
yes slow soothing and relaxing gets you and keeps you centered
This sounds like something I should try.
