If you are interested in losing weight look into full fasting. I don’t eat Mon-Thur drink only water and then eat clean Fri-Sun. I try to do this once a month or more.
Also for a more spiritual fast and which you can eat during look up the Daniel Fast.
Both have helped me feel better and she’d some pounds.
Is it hard to stick to the fast?
This is not healthy. But to each their own.
