Who else is eating a vegetarian diet? I have been a vegetarian from the past year and don’t feel like eating meat anymore, not even eggs or fish. Would like to connect with like minded moms 🙂 we can try to share some veg recipes with each other
That is a bad idea. Meat (and fish) consists of a lot of necessary minerals that your organism need. All these vegetarian trends look like a mental disease.
No my dear Ms Deborah. It works for me so well. I eat all my veggies such as kale, tofu, beans, fruits and nuts, etc etc on time and take good care of my health and also take B 12 supplements, iron and calcium. I would not show off just to be a vegetarian. It’s just my own choice and am on a spiritual path and it works for me perfectly 😊
I am not a vegetarian but I do not cook meat all the time.
Vegetarian since 2015 and I love it. The smell and look of meat just does something to me.

I have been a vegetarian for 4 year and also I have no desire to eat meat again . Being vegetarian , cutting down on sugar and staying active is keeping me at a healthy weight
