With so many foods out there what a good food product to help with losing weight and staying focus. I have a lot of weight to loose and need to find fun things to do to keep me active vs staying home and watching tv. It been awhile to be out there and I want to make positive changes thru this journey
Little things can add up, like parking farther away, taking the stairs, having fruit for dessert, etc. Good luck!
popcorn is a good snack for me… top with brewers yeast. No butter (obviously)
workout every day a little, walk every day, eat the same meals every week when you workout.
