What do you recommend as a healthy snack for you or your kid? I do like snacking as well. I know I need to do it better!
For myself: a spoonful of peanut butter or a small glass of low-fat chocolate milk with a half-scooop of protein powder. These taste good, are quick, nutrient/protein rich, and give me a boost of energy.
My kids love plain Greek yogurt with honey and berries
