      How can I lose weight and cook 1 breakfast, 1 lunch and 1 dinner for my children and husband and myself? We are vegetarian family for the most part. My family does eat seafood and fish rarely, maybe 1 time a year. I don’t buy processed foods.

      not sure what you are asking…. portion size matters. How much we “sneak” snacks makes a huge difference.

      I don’t think that you need to cook different meals for each person in your family. Something customizable like taco bowls might be a good solution. You can add less cheese and more veggies for your portion.
