    personally I am new to this , but I have found some great health benefits in this, such as less fat , more clean eating. but there are things and ways to do this . some vegan people eat lots of fried items and gain weight , some eat too little and stick to greens and lose pounds. also if you do not eat proteins ,your body will start to become deficient. I would play it safe , I’m sure its healthy. best thing to do is ask your doctor to refer you to a dietitian , they can tell you what to eat and keep you healthy through your vegan travels.

    Yeah, it actually depends on how you do it. But veg is good too.!!
