I Love Building Muscles In My Legs , But Sometimes I Cant Get Out & Run Or Hike So I Do A lot Of Leg Lifts With Ankle Weights & That Helps Me Build Muscles In My Calves And Lower !
It is a great substitution for when you can’t get/be mobile outside…
