I have tried everything and cant lose my belly for nothing and thats where all my weight is
Me too! I’ve heard that walking helps lose belly fat. Going to try it.
Cutting out SOME fats, not all of them need calcium! I’ll keep you posted
Hey! Dietitian here! Losing weight is definitely a mix of exercise & the foods you fuel your body with! Focusing on fruits, veggies, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean protein, & healthy fats are good steps to take. Also increasing your water. My suggestion is making SMALL changes first to build momentum to lead into new habits that become a part of your lifestyle! Good luck & keep moving!
