    Many moons ago I was a vegetarian, I loved it, I felt great. I would indulge in meat 2-3 times a year. If you had my father’s holiday cooking, you would understand. I met my husband, for pregnant and my mostly vegetable ways went or the window. I would like to transition back to having at least 4 days a week to having vegetarian meals.
    Has anyone else done this?
    Does anyone have any good recipestuff your kids love?

    I am not a vegetarian, and love my meat but I have also been trying to incorporate more “meatless” meals in my household. One meal that my family loves, especially my 9 year-old son is burritos, however I started making them without meat. I will use refried beans, rice, cheese, salsa and Sriracha sauce for the adults. Wrap them in foil, stick them in oven on 350 for about 30 mins. I was unsure if my husband was going to like them, but he LOVED them.
