Any pregnant women should include protein & iron rich diet. Also, to ensure that both mom & baby are well throughout the nine months of pregnancy one should exercise even when pregnant. Some exercises help relieve stress & reduce back pain during pregnancy. However, there are some tips for exercising during pregnancy that a would be mother should definitely follow to ensure safety.

keep an open mind to labor and delivery. Only things that matter are healthy mom and healthy baby. Don’t make a birth plan. Leave it up to the situation and what is going on when you are in labor. Things can change fast!

Sleep… Sleep….pamper yourself, Drink red raspberry and nettles. Never give up, but don’t be afraid to ask for help. Do yoga breath often. Read all the time. Remember ever moment is a time that is passing so embrace it with love and compassion.

Hah I’m going to be honest – this advice is great, but also makes it sound like life comes to a halt when you have a baby. Is that true for most new moms? My husband and I are going to start trying soon, but I’m a bit scared TBH

Enjoy your free time! You will not have. I wish I could go back and stay out late several nights in a row. Feel like a free spirit and not have a care in the world. Enjoy long dinners out with your spouse and friends. Don’t worry about the to-do lists.
