    for gluten free breakfast options.
    rice flour- 1 cup
    almond flour 1/4 cup
    cut chopped onion
    cut chopped tomatoes
    cut chopped green peppers
    salt
    red peppers,black peppers,
    1 table spoon olive oil
    1/2 cup plain yogurt
    mix all the ingredients and make consistency like pancake mix some water as needed..

    you can make as pancake or waffle in waffle maker..eat with sauce,yogurt dip,ranch..
