I quit on my own 2 years ago. I cut down A LOT over time. Then, oddly enough, I almost “trained” my own brain to think they tasted nasty and told myself I couldn’t stand the smell. It’s crazy how your own brain works when you take charge. Not everyone is the same. If you really want to quit, you can do it! 🙂 I was fortunate to do it on my own, you may need to try another approach. Try to replace a bad habit with a good one. You got this!
