      I quit 5 years ago. Best decision. I was able to cut down until I no longer smoked. Also, kept telling myself how bad it is, how bad it smells, etc. I trained myself to dislike smoking. I know some people need other ways to quit. Luckily, I didn’t need a prescription or anything like that. It’s tough to break a bad habit, but you can do it!! Best of luck to you, Dawn. You will do it. 🙂

      I quit 2 weeks ago and now I have terrible headaches. I hope this symptom of nicotine withdrawal will pass soon. I try to be patient.
