This year in my daughters pre-school they had them take yoga sessions in order to try and calm their moods down to prevent tantrums by breathing and controlling their breathing – in through the nose and out through the mouth. Now my daughter and I practice our 30 minute beginners video every other day and it seems to help calm her down.
For instance she fell of her bike and instead of screaming she evaluated the situation looked for blood and started breathing to remain calm. I was so proud of her. In today’s world where people are always judging each other I feel that finding your own inner peace and passion is the only way to find your true happiness.
