Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned chickpeas, rinsed
  • 2 Tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 scoop Purely Inspired Organic Protein, French Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon oat milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 – 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients except chocolate chips in blender and blend until super smooth. Scrape into a bowl and fold in the chips. Serve in jars.
