  • 10 oz edamame (shelled)
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • ½ lemon (juiced)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • Salt (to taste)


1. Boil the shelled edamame for 5 mins.⁣
2. Add the remaining ingredients to your food processor and pulse until the mixture starts to break down.⁣
3. Drain the cooked edamame and add it to the food processor; blend with the other ingredients. Add water a few tbsp at a time and blend. Add more water until the desired consistency is achieved.⁣
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.⁣
5. Enjoy!
