This is one of our favorite recipes and we think you will agree! A creamy, milky macchiato with a touch of caramel and plant-based NotMilk™. What else could you ask for?
- 1 cup of NotMilk™ any variation
- ⅔ cup of espresso
- ½ cup of sugar or sugar alternative
- 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
- Prepare your espresso
- For the caramel sauce: add the sugar in a pan and heat
- Add half of the NotMilk™ and vanilla extract and stir carefully
- Foam the remainder of the NotMilk™
- To serve: put the caramel at the bottom of the glass, add the foamed NotMilk™ and add espresso shot
- Optional: decorate with caramel sauce
We used NotMilk™ Whole, but either variation tastes delicious!
