- 4 tbsp of NotMilk™
- 2 tbsp of instant coffee
- 2 tsp of sugar
- 2 tbsp of boiling water
- In a bowl add the coffee, sugar and boiling water.
- Beat the mixture for 5 minutes, until a creamy texture forms.
- In a cup, add the NotMilk™ and ice and then pour the coffee mix over the NotMilk™.
You can make this recipe with either NotMiIk™ 2% Reduced Fat or Whole. Enjoy it!
