- 1 15-ounce can white beans, drained
- ¼ cup tahini
- Juice from 2 lemons
- 3 garlic cloves
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 1 Tablespoon hemp seeds
- 3 Tablespoon olive oil
- Sea salt to taste
- 1 Tablespoon pesto
- Your favorite Afia Falafel, prepared according to package directions
- Pepper drops, hemp seeds, and/or toasted pine nuts
- Place everything except olive oil in food processor.
- Pulse until smooth.
- Add olive oil through the top of the processor, while running the machine.
- Add sea salt to taste.
- Place in a shallow bowl & garnish.
- Serve with your favorite Afia Falafel.
